Programs We Support
From prototype through sustained production to MRO — each program type has different requirements. We structure our process around what yours demands.

Program Types We Support
/ STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
Structural Components
Complex geometry, tight tolerance, full FAI on qualifying parts. Structural fittings, brackets, and housings in aluminum and titanium for aerospace and automotive assemblies where dimensional accuracy and documentation traceability are qualification requirements.
/ ENGINE HARDWARE
Engine Hardware
High-temperature alloy machining — Inconel 718 and titanium grades — for components that operate at sustained elevated temperatures. Surface finish on fatigue-critical features verified by profilometry.
/ PRECISION HARDWARE
Precision Hardware
Tight-tolerance components machined from titanium, Inconel, aluminum, and more with full material traceability and CMM-verified dimensional inspection. Documented process controls and FAI documentation on every qualifying program.
/ PROTOTYPE · LRIP
Prototype to LRIP
The same rigorous quality process at first article as at production rate. Prototype runs receive the same engineering engagement and FAI documentation as LRIP programs — because the design decisions made at prototype directly affect production conformance.
/ MRO · REPAIR PARTS
MRO and Repair Parts
Material traceability from billet for replacement parts entering a maintenance cycle. Quick-turn options available where capacity permits. Contact engineering for MRO program requirements and documentation standards.

What Changes Between Program Types
Prototype programs need rapid iteration and schedule transparency — not just a price. Production programs need consistent quality, delivery reliability, and documentation that doesn't require a phone call to assemble. MRO programs need part history, documentation traceability, and the ability to reproduce or repair to the original drawing on short notice.
The process disciplines that make a production program work — documented setups, material traceability, quality records — also make prototype programs more successful. We don't apply them selectively by program type. They're how we operate.
