MRO and Replacement Parts
MRO programs require part history traceability and the ability to reproduce to the original drawing without the original supplier. We maintain the documentation to make this straightforward.
/ MRO CAPABILITY
What We Support on MRO Programs
MRO machining requirements arrive without the full context of a production program. The original supplier may be out of business, the program documentation may be incomplete, or the schedule may be driven by an AOG (aircraft on ground) timeline that doesn't accommodate the normal quoting cycle.
We handle MRO RFQs the same way we handle production RFQs: drawing review, material selection against the original specification, and production under our documented quality process. The documentation package that ships with MRO parts is the same package that ships with production parts — CoC, material certifications, dimensional inspection report.
Drawing-Only RFQs
If you have the drawing but not the original production documentation, submit the drawing with your material specification requirements and any program notes available. We'll assess machining requirements from the drawing and respond with pricing.
Part-to-Print Reverse Engineering
If the drawing no longer exists and only the physical part is available, contact our engineering team before submitting an RFQ. Part-to-print measurement and re-documentation is a different scope than standard RFQ response and requires a specific discussion.
/ AOG RESPONSE
AOG and Expedited Schedule Programs
Aircraft-on-ground events are time-critical by definition. If your RFQ is AOG-driven, note the AOG status in your submission. AOG RFQs receive priority review and response within four hours rather than our standard 24-hour turnaround.
Expedited production is available on a capacity-dependent basis. Not all programs can be accommodated on an AOG timeline — material availability, machine capacity, and documentation requirements all affect feasibility. We will be direct with you about what is achievable and what is not. A commitment that cannot be kept does not help your program.
Submit an MRO RFQ
Include drawing, material specification, and AOG status if applicable. We'll respond with pricing — priority response for AOG programs.
