Our 5-axis machining centers handle structural brackets, housings, manifolds, and flight-control components that cannot be produced in fewer than five simultaneous axes. Simultaneous 5-axis motion eliminates multiple setups — every additional setup is an additional opportunity for datum-to-datum error accumulation.
Standard tolerances: ±0.005″. Achievable on controlled features: 0.0001″. Surface finish: Ra 125 standard, Ra 8 achievable on precision datum surfaces.
